Everywhere we go we’re reminded of the same truth: everyone wants to be seen, everyone has a story, and everyone has been shaped by both joy and pain.

This year we watched God work through leaders in Burundi and beyond as they faced challenges, discipled believers, and served with courage. We also saw the impact of coaching firsthand as leaders, pastors and missionaries found clarity simply by being listened to, not by being fixed.

That is the heart of Coaching International: creating safe, sacred spaces where leaders can be fully seen, known, and freshly sent into the work God has given them.

Our Mission and Vision

We help others make their vision happen by providing no-cost Christian client-based coaching, coach skills training, and coach development for leaders around the world.

Why Year-end giving matters

At the end of the year, people around the world will choose generosity over consumption. For Coaching International, Giving Tuesday is a chance to invest directly into leaders who are serving on the front lines of ministry.

This year’s giving focus includes:

1. The Burundi Coach Network: Eleven emerging Burundian coaches and five mentor coaches are being equipped through a growing Certified Coach Intern Program that is shaping future coaching networks worldwide.

2. Life Impact Plans for pastors and missionaries: helping leaders answer the questions “Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? How do I get there?”, giving them clarity for their next season of life and ministry.

3. Ongoing Coaching International ministry: weekly coaching sessions, leadership development, and the administrative support that keeps everything moving.

Our goal is $10,000.

$4,500 funds 10 Life Impact Plans.

$3,000 sponsors 6 Burundi intern coaches.

$2,750 supports 5 mentor coaches.

$1,750 sustains ongoing coaching for global leaders.

$450 sponsors a Life Impact Plan.

$500 sponsors a Burundi intern coach.

$550 sponsors a mentor coach.
